Eric has an undergraduate degree in systems analysis and development from Sao Caetano do Sul University. He presently works as a project technician at the FGV Project Management Office (FGV PMO), focusing primarily on data analysis. He has worked in the areas of information technology and engineering, and he possesses skills in software development, process analysis, robotic process automation, embedded systems, and computer environment management. He has experience in technology and innovation, with an emphasis on data analysis, process automation and the development of solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency.
